Now the third day was Pharaoh's birthday, and he gave a feast for all his officials. He lifted up the heads of the chief cupbearer and the chief baker in the presence of his officials:
He restored the chief cupbearer to his position, so that he once again put the cup into Pharaoh's hand,
but he hanged the chief baker, just as Joseph had said to them in his interpretation.
Genesis Chapter 40: Verses 20 - 22

"If men who are fighting hit a pregnant woman and she gives birth prematurely but there is no serious injury, the offender must be fined whatever the woman's husband demands and the court allows.
But if there is serious injury, you are to take life for life,
eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot,
burn for burn, wound for wound, bruise for bruise.
Exodus Chapter 21: Verses 22 - 25

"Say to the Israelites: 'Any Israelite or any alien living in Israel who gives any of his children to Molech must be put to death. The people of the community are to stone him.
Leviticus Chapter 20: Verse 2

" 'If a man commits adultery with another man's wife,with the wife of his neighbor,both the adulterer and the adulteress must be put to death.
Leviticus Chapter 20: Verse 10

" 'If a priest's daughter defiles herself by becoming a prostitute, she disgraces her father; she must be burned in the fire.
Leviticus Chapter 21: Verse 9

anyone who blasphemes the name of the LORD must be put to death. The entire assembly must stone him. Whether an alien or native-born, when he blasphemes the Name, he must be put to death.

Then Moses spoke to the Israelites, and they took the blasphemer outside the camp and stoned him. The Israelites did as the LORD commanded Moses.
Leviticus Chapter 24: Verses 16 - 23

" 'If a man strikes someone with an iron object so that he dies, he is a murderer; the murderer shall be put to death.
Or if anyone has a stone in his hand that could kill, and he strikes someone so that he dies, he is a murderer; the murderer shall be put to death.
Or if anyone has a wooden object in his hand that could kill, and he hits someone so that he dies, he is a murderer; the murderer shall be put to death.
Numbers Chapter 35: Verses 16 - 18

" 'Anyone who kills a person is to be put to death as a murderer only on the testimony of witnesses. But no one is to be put to death on the testimony of only one witness.
Numbers Chapter 35: Verse 30

On the testimony of two or three witnesses a man shall be put to death, but no one shall be put to death on the testimony of only one witness.
Deuteronomy Chapter 17: Verse 6

Show no pity: life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.
Deuteronomy Chapter 19: Verse 21

If a man guilty of a capital offense is put to death and his body is hung on a tree,
you must not leave his body on the tree overnight. Be sure to bury him that same day, because anyone who is hung on a tree is under God's curse. You must not desecrate the land the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance.
Deuteronomy Chapter 21: Verses 22 - 23

If a man happens to meet in a town a virgin pledged to be married and he sleeps with her,
you shall take both of them to the gate of that town and stone them to death,the girl because she was in a town and did not scream for help, and the man because he violated another man's wife. You must purge the evil from among you.
Deuteronomy Chapter 22: Verses 23 - 24

Joshua Chapter 7: Verses 24 - 25

So Joshua burned Ai and made it a permanent heap of ruins, a desolate place to this day.
