There is a way that seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death.
Proverbs Chapter 14: Verse 12

For every living soul belongs to me, the father as well as the son,both alike belong to me. The soul who sins is the one who will die.
Ezekiel Chapter 18: Verse 4

He lends at usury and takes excessive interest. Will such a man live? He will not! Because he has done all these detestable things, he will surely be put to death and his blood will be on his own head.
Ezekiel Chapter 18: Verse 13

"But if a wicked man turns away from all the sins he has committed and keeps all my decrees and does what is just and right, he will surely live; he will not die.
Ezekiel Chapter 18: Verse 21

Ezekiel Chapter 18: Verses 23 - 24

When I say to the wicked, 'O wicked man, you will surely die,' and you do not speak out to dissuade him from his ways, that wicked man will die for his sin, and I will hold you accountable for his blood.
But if you do warn the wicked man to turn from his ways and he does not do so, he will die for his sin, but you will have saved yourself.
Ezekiel Chapter 33: Verses 8 - 9

Say to them, 'As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign LORD, I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that they turn from their ways and live. Turn! Turn from your evil ways! Why will you die, O house of Israel?'
Ezekiel Chapter 33: Verse 11

And if I say to the wicked man, 'You will surely die,' but he then turns away from his sin and does what is just and right-

None of the sins he has committed will be remembered against him. He has done what is just and right; he will surely live.
Ezekiel Chapter 33: Verses 14 - 16

"Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it.
Matthew Chapter 7: Verse 13
